Join us for a panel of experienced afterschool program staff in a discussion about the challenges you may face and strategies in recruiting, retaining, and engaging teens. Attendees will leave this session with input, ideas, and suggestions on strategies to create a place where teens feel a sense of belonging, ownership, and influence.
