Encircle Cultural Humility training provides a safe space to learn and ask questions surrounding the LGBTQ+ community. This presentation covers research on issues that affect the mental health and wellness of this community and how we can be better allies. It also defines terms and best practices when it comes to maintaining relationships with your LGBTQ+ friends, family, and co-workers. Through these discussions, you will gain a deeper understanding of the importance of cultural humility, as well as practical tools for being an ally to the LGBTQ+ community.
