Feeling distant from your program's filtering school teams? Wanting to collaborate more closely with school administration in your area? Don't know where to start? Look no further! In this collaborative session, participants will explore the foundations of reciprocal relationships within partnerships in order to better meet youth needs in your OST program. Teams will have opportunities to work together and discuss current challenges and successes, as well as hear from program staff, administrators, and teachers about effective strategies to align their program services with the school day in these critical areas. Participants may attend this session as program/organizational teams or by themselves—all are encouraged!!

This year, the Utah Afterschool Network is developing a Policy Framework in an effort to provide more guidance on how to advocate for the needs and concerns in the afterschool field.
